1. Order Cancellation Requests
Customers may request cancellation before dispatch. Cancellation approval depends on order stage, inventory allocation, and whether customization has started.
2. Custom Build Orders
Custom PC build orders may be non-cancellable or subject to charges once assembly, procurement, or testing has started.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
Where cancellation is approved, any refund is processed under the Refund and Return Policy.
