Returns are accepted for eligible items in original condition and packaging within the permitted return window. Non-returnable items may include custom-built systems, special orders, and items damaged by misuse.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support promptly with photos and order details. We will review and provide replacement or resolution options.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where applicable, or by agreed alternative method, within a reasonable processing period.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return. If the return is due to seller error or verified defect, return shipping may be covered by MCTECH.
